Child Safety Standards

Kpaxian has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse. These standards apply to every account, Transmission, Direct Signal, Constellation, profile, image, and other feature.

Age standard

Members must meet the minimum age required by applicable law in their country, and no person under 13 may create a Kpaxian account. Age misrepresentation for the purpose of exploiting a child is prohibited.

Prohibited conduct

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
• Grooming, coercion, sextortion, sexual solicitation, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual material from a minor.
• Requests to move a minor to another service for exploitative or sexual purposes.
• Sharing, soliciting, buying, selling, trading, linking to, or facilitating access to child sexual exploitation material.
• Threats to publish intimate material involving a minor.
• Content or behavior that normalizes, encourages, or facilitates sexual exploitation of children.

Reporting child-safety concerns

Use the in-app Report control or email support@kpaxian.com. Include enough information to locate the account or content, but do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal material.

Our response

Kpaxian may immediately restrict access, preserve relevant records as permitted by law, remove content, permanently disable accounts, and make reports to appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement channels when legally required or necessary to address serious harm.

Emergency situations

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Kpaxian support is not an emergency-response service.
