These Terms govern access to Kpaxian and the M33 social experience. By creating or using an account, you agree to follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your country, and you may not use Kpaxian if you are under 13. You are responsible for the security and accuracy of your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Kpaxian a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, process, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to show your content according to your chosen settings.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kpaxian to violate law, infringe rights, exploit or endanger people, interfere with the service, evade safety controls, or engage in conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

Kpaxian+

Kpaxian+ provides additional product features while an eligible subscription is active. Prices, billing intervals, cancellation methods, and refund terms are shown at checkout or by the payment provider. Deleting your Kpaxian account does not automatically guarantee cancellation of an external recurring billing agreement; cancel active billing before account deletion or contact support@kpaxian.com.

Moderation and account action

Kpaxian may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Where appropriate, members may contact support to ask for review.

Service availability

Kpaxian is a developing service. Features can change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
