Kpaxian exists to make room for people without requiring sameness. That freedom depends on protecting other people’s safety, privacy, and ability to participate.

Make room without causing harm

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or encourage coordinated abuse.
• Do not target people with hateful or dehumanizing attacks based on protected or deeply personal characteristics.
• Do not publish another person’s private information, intimate material, or location without permission.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization in order to deceive, defraud, or manipulate.
• Do not use Kpaxian for scams, malicious spam, malware, or fraudulent commercial activity.
• Do not promote or facilitate sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, trafficking, or coercion.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, or attempts to exploit children are strictly prohibited.
• Credible threats of violence and content intended to facilitate serious real-world harm may be removed and escalated.

Use the safety tools

Every member can report a Transmission or user and can block another user. Blocking removes the connection in both directions and prevents normal interaction between the accounts.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, Kpaxian may remove content, restrict features, remove a Constellation, suspend or delete an account, preserve evidence for safety review, or make legally required reports. Repeated violations can result in stronger action.
